We have just a few terms & conditions however they are important ones and we urge you to read them over to avoid any misunderstandings.
Terms
1. Due to allergies, we cannot accept pets.
2.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere within 50’ of the building. If
this term is ignored, you may be asked to leave immediately without any refund.
If you smoke inside, there will be a $250 cleaning fee charged to your credit
card and you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund. We want all of
our Guests to be able to breathe in the fresh sea air...we are sure you
understand.
3.
Children are welcome, they must be under your supervision at all times.

During this time of the Covid19 pandemic, we have extended the times
between check in & out to allow the Housekeepers more time to do extra cleaning
and sanitizing before and after your stay. You are, however, welcome to use the
outdoor facilities if you wish to arrive earlier or stay later. If this is the
case, please advise us in advance. Effective June 2020 the usual checkin in time
will be 4pm—usual checkout time will be 10am Hopefully, we will be able to
return to our previous times soon. Thank you for your understanding.

Free on-site parking is available.
6. Free bicycle storage is available.
Payment Terms
1. For stays of just one night’s duration, full payment is due at
time of booking.
2. For stays of multiple nights’ duration, a 50% deposit is required with
the balance being due upon arrival date.
3. We accept MasterCard, Visa, E-transfer.
However during the Coronavirus
Pandemic we would prefer not to deal in cash.
Cancellation Policy
IMPORTANT, the credit card companies & payment
processing companies now charge us a percentage for both payment and refund
transactions. In light of this, if you cancel your reservation prior to 30 days
before your arrival, you will be charged 5% of the deposit to cover just part of
those credit card fees.
If cancellation occurs within the 30 day period prior to your arrival, then the
50% deposit is non-refundable.
If the cancellation occurs within the 7 day period prior to your
arrival, then the full amount of the stay is charged.
In the event of a no-show or reduction in length of stay after arrival,
the full amount will be charged.
Please note, we are a small family-owned & operated business and this is our
main source of income. As such, we too, are suffering great financial loss
during this Coronavirus Pandemic. This will not
prevent us from being lenient if your cancellation is Covid related (another
reason to book directly with us). We will work with
you to either change your reservation to another time or provide a full refund.
